Words of praise

’’

I very much enjoyed the strengths profile and benefited a lot from understanding areas where my strengths and areas of improvement lie. I have a clearer understanding of my signature strengths, possible blind spots and weaker areas and know how to collaborate and minimize any gaps.  This was useful for me in understanding how I approach leadership and how to best interact with others who might have different strengths.

-Foreign Affairs Specialist

’’

What I most appreciated about the Women Leaders Rising program was the discourse with the other women in the program. I loved hearing everyone’s different perspectives. The strengths assessment was very beneficial for me and I was able to understand the values/working styles of others on my team so I can communicate with them on a level that benefitted them the most.

-Project Lead, International Security Firm

’’

I really liked the safe space that the instructors created to discuss issues freely and comfortably. I also appreciated the structure of the program. 90 minutes of discussion per month made the course manageable. The content provided throughout the month was relevant and helped keep me engaged at my own pace. Great design. I experienced the most growth in my Team Building and Communication Skills.

-Project Manager,
International Security Company

’’

I’m thankful this course came when it did. It has helped bridge the next chapter in my career. I experienced a judgment-free zone, where everyone assumed positive intent and shared their wisdom. The resources have been amazing and my Executive Presence has expanded.
